1. Operator, eligibility and agreement
The service operator is [operator not yet confirmed]. The proposed minimum age is [minimum age not yet confirmed], subject to confirmation and applicable local requirements. You must have authority to enter into an agreement and, where required, valid parental or guardian authorization. The final operator identity, eligible audiences and effective date must be confirmed before these Terms become binding.
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Accepting Terms is not a substitute for separate permission or another valid legal authority where required for personal-data processing.
2. What LookHabit provides
LookHabit helps you organize clothing, plan looks and explore AI styling suggestions. Available features, allowances and supported devices can vary by version, account, region and store. Cloud features require an internet connection and working providers. The marketing website shows a development preview using sample wardrobe data; it does not promise a release date or immediate downloads.
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable. Review suggestions and garment details yourself. Color analysis and try-on images are illustrative, not medical advice, body measurements, guarantees of fit, or promises about how an item will look in person.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to your account and device. Guest accounts can be tied to a particular installation; loss of an unlinked guest session can prevent recovery. Account linking and purchase restoration depend on the relevant providers and supported product type.
Do not impersonate another person, use someone else's account, bypass access controls, abuse automated requests or interfere with the service. Report suspected account compromise to hello@lookhabit.com without including your password.
4. Your photos, content and permissions
You retain your rights in the photos and other content you provide. You must have permission to upload, process and share that content, including the permission of people shown in photographs. Do not upload unlawful, intimate, exploitative or rights-infringing content, sensitive documents, or images intended to deceive or harm someone.
To supply the features you request, LookHabit needs permission to host, copy, transform, transmit and display the relevant content through its service providers. That permission is limited by the stated purposes, your rights and applicable law; it is not ownership of your wardrobe photos or blanket permission for undisclosed model training. Automatic garment-learning practices and their unresolved release requirements are described explicitly in the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and credit purchases
If paid products become available, the purchase screen and your store confirmation will show the actual product, price, currency, applicable billing period and included allowance before you buy. Do not rely on a marketing screenshot as an offer. App Store and Google Play process payments under their own terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store according to its cancellation rules. Manage or cancel them in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Deleting LookHabit or your LookHabit account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than refunding the current period; statutory rights and store refund rules still apply.
Credit packs provide the allowance shown at purchase; they are not cash, transferable funds or a promise of unlimited service. Usage costs and limits must be disclosed before the relevant purchase or action. Restore options depend on the product and store. No blanket no-refund rule or waiver of mandatory consumer rights is imposed by these Terms.
6. Sharing and third-party services
If you share an outfit, palette or generated image, you choose the recipient and remain responsible for the rights and permissions needed to share it. Recipient copies are outside LookHabit's control. Apple, Google, Firebase, AI and weather providers may apply their own service terms and privacy rules.
Links do not imply endorsement. These Terms do not make Apple or Google the operator of LookHabit, and any applicable store license terms remain in effect. Provider outages or changes can affect features; we must still respect applicable consumer obligations.
7. App rights and acceptable use
The LookHabit app, branding and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Subject to the final agreement and store license, you receive permission to use the app for its intended personal styling purposes. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
Do not redistribute the app as your own, infringe others' rights, compromise security, scrape private accounts, manipulate purchase verification, or use generated images for fraud, harassment or unlawful impersonation. This does not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits.
8. Availability, account closure and deletion
You can stop using LookHabit and request account deletion. The deletion page explains the in-app path, verification, retained categories and subscription cancellation. Some data may remain as legally required or for justified financial/security purposes; deletion must not be represented as immediate removal of every backup, provider record or trained model.
Access may be limited when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, provider restrictions or service maintenance. Where required, notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue must be provided. Closing an account does not eliminate rights or obligations that by their nature survive closure.
9. Responsibility and consumer rights
Use judgment when relying on AI styling and keep any independent copies you need. LookHabit does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, remedies, legal warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These draft Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a fixed liability cap or an exclusive foreign court. Any final choice of law or dispute procedure must preserve mandatory rights that apply where you live. Contact hello@lookhabit.com first if you have a concern so it can be reviewed.
10. Changes and contact
An effective date and approved operator details will accompany the final Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required; continued access cannot be used to bypass any legally required fresh agreement or privacy permission.
